Audi, Ingolstadt, Germany.   The first generation of the Audi TT was introduced in 1998 and the third generation made its first appearance in 2014. The Audi TT Cup Car uses the 310 hp 2 litre 4 cylinder TFSI engine from the Audi TTS.  The bodyshell of the TT Cup car is lightweight and made of aluminium and carbon fibre.  A specific one-make racing series is held for these cars with races on circuits such as Hockenheim, Zandvoort, Budapest, Norisring and Nurburgring,

Audi, Germany.  The Audi RS5 won the DTM championship in Mike Rockenfeller's hands in 2013 and won the manufacturers title in the same championship in 2014.  It is powered by a 4 litre normally aspirated Audi V8 of about 460hp.  Like all DTM cars it has a carbon Fibre monocoque chassis, front engne and rear wheeldrive, steel rollcage and Drag Reduction System rear wing.   The car is now in its fourth season and the wins continue to come.  Marcus Elkstrom pictured has managed a number of second places this season.

Audi AG, Inglostadt, Germany.  The Audi R18 raced at Le Mans and in other endurance events from 2011 to date.  It has retained the same model number despite various evolutions as Renault hold the trademarks for the R19 numbers onwards.  The 2015 version was the first year that Audi hadn't won Le Mans since 2009 and only the third time since 2000.  However, it kept Porsche honest and they finished third just 2 laps behind the winner.
