Lola Cars, Slough, England. This was a car built by Lola as a Lola customer car, after years of building the cars for the Chevrolet and Nissan sports car teams. It was designed by Wiet Huidekoper, but only three were made as Group C quickly came to an end in the early nineties. The chassis and body were carbon fibre and was powered by a 3.5 litre Judd V10, derived from the F1 engine, through a 6 speed Lola gearbox. Best result was a fourth place at Donington in the 500kms driven by Heinz-Harald Frentzen and Phil Andrews who were in the Euro Racing team. The same car finished thirteenth at Le Mans.
