Moynet, France. André Moynet had a colourful career as fighter pilot, test pilot, politician and entrepreneur. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts to start at Le Mans, in 1975 he conceived this car. He obtained support from Esso, a Porsche gearbox and a 2 litre 4 cylinder 190 hp engine from Chyrsler Simca. The car was entered in Group 5 and had three women drivers - Christine Dacremont, Marianne Hoepfner and Michèle Mouton. Incredibly, after technical problems early on, it went on to win its class, albeit in 21st place overall.
